At Blatt Billiards, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our heirloom-quality game room furniture and offer a comprehensive return process for eligible accessories and non-custom items. Due to the bespoke nature of our handcrafted pool tables, specific terms apply to custom builds and professional installations.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our showroom or customer service team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition and securely packaged in all original Blatt Billiards crating or boxes.

• 3.
  Arrange Logistics

  For small accessories, use your preferred carrier; for large furniture or pool tables, our team will coordinate professional disassembly and freight pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master craftsmen inspect the returned item for integrity, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking or shipping fees.
